Your report is shaped entirely by your business model, your processes and your systems. There is no fixed length and no standard format to fill.
It sets out what we found, the opportunities worth pursuing, and a practical plan for implementing them. It is yours to keep and act on, with or without us.
Why we’re offering this for free
SI is moving quickly, and many businesses are unsure of the best way to start. We want a clear, first-hand picture of how forward-thinking businesses are approaching it: what is working, what is not, and where they are stuck.
Every session adds to that picture, and helps us make sure the services we offer match what businesses actually need. You get a practical plan for your business. We get a better understanding of the market.
There is no obligation to work with us afterwards. If you decide you would like help putting the plan into practice, we would be glad to talk about it.
